These productivity inserts include four different, popular productivity methods to help you prioritize your to-do list, establish effective habits, and improve your focus. These inserts can be printed or used digitally in your favorite annotation app such as GoodNotes. You will receive a PDF as well as individual PNG files of each insert.

Eat That Frog: The Eat That Frog productivity method is derived form the mindset that if you get complete your least desired task first, everything else will fall into place. Your “frog” for the day is the task you’re most likely to procrastinate, so go ahead and eat that frog!

Kanban: Kanban is Japanese for sign. The Kanban method helps you organize your tasks into three categories: To-Do, In progres, and Completed. By organizing them this way, you're able to visualize and prioritize your tasks better.

Pomodoro: Pomodoro is a popular productivity method that gives you a 25 minute, uninterrupted work session followed by a 5 minute break. After four 25 minute sessions, reward yourself with a longer, 20 minute break. You deserve it!

Eisenhower Matrix: Also referred to as the Urgent-Important Matrix, the Eisenhower Matrix helps you categorize the things on your to-do list into four sections based on their area of perceived importance. This helps to prioritize the most important and urgent tasks.
